This wine is named after the Mistral, a cold wind that blows through the south of France drying the vines and preventing disease.

Created by Charles and Ruth Simpson at their stunning southern French Domaine, this well-balanced and approachable Merlot is soft and subtle, full of plum fruit flavours, chocolate complexity and well – rounded tannins.
