La Vie en Rose 2024

Created by Charles and Ruth Simpson at their stunning southern French Domaine, this is an elegant blend of two classic red grape varieties. La Vie en Rose is a luscious, Provençal-style rosé, which is delicately hued, yet bursts with fresh, summer fruit flavours. Drink it chilled at any time of year!

The grapes were harvested in late August and picked at night to protect the juice. The juice was treated as if it were white wine and taken off its skins immediately to ensure the palest pink colour possible. Each variety was vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, prior to blending, to maintain its fresh flavours and premium rosé quality.
